Lark Single Malt Whisky Rum Cask Release III 500ml Region_Sicily After several months the UmeThe third Rum Cask release from Lark Distillery sees the return of a nor classic Lark finish, a perfect marriage of single malt whisky and their unique Tasmanian rum. The team hand selected 10 richly fortified ex Sherry casks from their Bothwell Distillery then finishes them in their own ex Quiet Cannon Rum casks. The resulting whisky has aromas of stewed apples, cloves, golden syrup, and almond nougat. The palate is warm and slightly resinous.
