Weingut Pfluger 'vom Quarzit' Chardonnay Trocken, Pfalz, Germany 2023 Moncuit-Delos Strong tannins grip the palateThis Chardonnay Quarzit is most impressive, crackling with acidity, firm on the palate, dry, and mineral, but not chalky like a Chablis. Quarzit refers to the quartzite soils that this wine comes from.
