Their intentions were to produce good beer complimenting their style of whisky. The Imperial Stout Cask is the third from this Beer Cask Series. The Imperial Stout Cask Single Malt Whisky was matured in an 40L ex bourbon American oak cask for 4 years before finishing in another 40L ex bourbon American oak cask which was used to barrel age a stout.
