Description

custard floods a juicy palate

Like the men and women of the Barrot family

it settles on top of the surface of the wine

The higher altitude of the first two vineyards provide cooler conditions

Quinta do Vallado Touriga Nacional Rosado 2018 pyrenees custard floods a juicy palatePale dusty rose with earthen rhubarb fruit, a tobacco aspect and light spice. It's savoury, textural, dry, austere and mineral, quietly powerful, arresting. Has delightful palate weight and effortless movement.
