Produttori del Barbaresco 'Barbaresco' 2022 high noon vodka this non-chill filtered wheated bourbon

this non-chill filtered wheated bourbon forgoes chill filtration to preserve all the naturally occurring residual oils and flavors that occur during the distillation and aging process (potentially making it appear cloudy at cold temperatures)

Big spice on the finish makes this a memorable sip

with lingering notes of oak spice

and cocoa powder

Produttori del Barbaresco 'Barbaresco' 2022 high noon vodka this non-chill filtered wheated bourbon"Dark cherry plum fruit, cloves, licorice and mocha build as the 2022 shows off this considerable depth. This is one of the few 2022s that is quite resonant texturally. The inclusion of some juice from Riserva lots is a great help. All things considered, this is a stellar showing." 93 Points, Vinous
