Laherte Freres, Champagne Ultradition Extra Brut [base 2022], NV outofstock-34475900985 the Maxime Cheurlin Noëllat Morey-Saint-DenisAurlien Laherte represents the new wave of small scale, terroir focused Champagne makers. This Extra Brut blend of 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir gains complexity from 50% reserve wine and extended time on the lees. Beautifully balanced between ripe red fruit and earthy minerality, with lemon peel and a salty freshness that lingers. Minimal dosage (4. 5 g l) lets the chalk driven terroir shine through.
