Les Petits Lieux, Bourgogne Chardonnay, 2023 Author DK and bottled en rama—unfiltered forLes Petits Lieux is the new project of Guillaume Rouget, great nephew of legendary winemaker Henri Jayer, and oenologist Laure Guilloteau. Guillaume has been making wine at Domaine Emmanuel Rouget since 2009. The 2023 is their debut vintage, made in Henri Jayer's historic cellar in Vosne Romane using restored original equipment. This is a ngociant project with purchased grapes. The white wines follow the same meticulous approach as the redscrafted
