a wine of considerable grace

Frédéric Mabileau ‘Fred’ Cabernet Franc 2023 chateau-bastor-lamontagne but never cloyingIn a thirst quenching wine style, this is an expression of carbonic maceration. This juicy wine is intense on the nose. Beautiful whole grapes, gently vinified and above all, not crushed. Atribute cuve to Frdric. The Vineyard Composed of sand and gravel, this terroir has the particularity of storing heat to return it to the vine when it needs it. All of our grapes are harvested by hand and no insecticide is used on our vines that are about forty years
