After pneumatic pressing
the wine was pressed to French oak (33% new) for 10 months’ maturation
Brave produces staggeringly intense and complex wines from its high-altitude estate vineyard in the Mount Veeder AVA located in the Mayacamas Mountains
For a wine with such lovely power it dances lightly on the finish
Limonio Allora (Laurel) 35% 500ml domaine-matrot After pneumatic pressingFull bodied & smooth with a little whiff of herbal hops and a clean finish. A stunning take on a classic favorite. A medium+ body is layered with the signature tangy leaves note characteristic of Laurel: black, dusty earth, black olives, black tea, black pepper, and just the right amount of satisfying grit.
