To preserve the integrity of the fruit and to give the wine an element of refinement in a hot year we carried out an early pick from our elevated hilltop vineyards which gives a fresh crisp edge to the wine

Save Our Soul Pinot Grigio traversa here is a touch ofHints of kiwifruit and an undertone of white peach embraced by bright acidity giving it a fresh finish. 100% Pinot Grigio grown along the King River in the heights of Victoria's Alpine region. Made with minimal intervention so the true soul of the varietal can shine through.
