Veracuz, a wine without DO Jerez, which therefore cannot be called Amontillado, so they had to resort to putting "A." on the label. This is from the same winery from the Pago Veracruz in Trebujena, but each wine was in the hands of a different member of the family (in the past, they released old Olorosos and a PX). This is a one off, a very old Amontillado, with the textbook character of very old wine, a green edge and a concentrated nose
