Finca Torremilanos, Vino Blanco 'Penalba Lopez', 2024 ALSACEJURASWISSCT0126 and he sources this ChardonnayThe everyday white from one of Ribera del Duero's most historic estates. Finca Torremilanos founded in 1903 and the first Demeter certified biodynamic winery in the region bottles this fresh, unfussy blend of Chardonnay, Viura, and the native Albillo grown at high elevation. It's labeled simply as Vino Blanco rather than under the Ribera DO, which keeps it casual and approachable. A clean, mineral house white for weeknight drinking. Chill it and pour.
