This feeds on the Great Unclean One's filth until it is fully grown and bursts forth. A Nurgling is, in a way, a personified pus sore. Its small teeth are razor sharp and leave festering bite wounds on its victims. These small wounds are rarely fatal, but usually the beginning of a long, arduous wasting sickness.
