50’s/60’s Black and Pastel Polka Dot Skirt 90s rude dog tee The shell of this lovely1950s 1960 Polka dot skirt. Pastel colors on black. Full skirt. VFG waist 24 through 26 adjustable. Please note that the waist is 24 but has a second button for 26 waist, and may need to add a snap or something to keep gap closed. It doesn't have zipper or buttons but it is finished properly.
