60's Black Steampunk/Dark Academia Velvet Jacket by Petites By Butte blue stripes - 16" across from shoulder1960s Black Velvet Jacket with Mandarin Collar and Frog Button Closures. This beautifully structured jacket has shoulder pads, cord trim, and is fully lined. Great steampunk goth Victorian vibes. Made by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU) for Petites by Butte. In great vintage condition; the only thing to note is some fraying at the bottom of a couple of the buttons please see the last two photos. Marked size 6, but the below
