60’s Deep Crown Feathered Cloche Hat NWT by Sidneys union usa made Key hook at bottomStriking deep crown feathered cloche from the 1960's. Narrow taupe velvet brim peeps out from under an large array of long brown feathers. Front holds a small yellow velvet bow. Interior is finished with a taupe wool and matching petersham ribbon. Label is Sidneys which was a popular women's clothing chain, started in 1922 in Roanoke, Va., closing in 1993. Also attached is the original price tag of $27. 00. As for the condition, the feathers are
